NorthDew Projects set out to address the issue of housing deficit in major urban centers across the country, especially in major cities of Nigeria where there is massive rural urban migration.

Affordable and decent homes are almost beyond the reach of the lower and middle income earners in Nigeria; as major financial institutions, both public and private struggle to meet the increasing demands for low interest funding for housing.
